Welcome to the heart of our bistro – our menus! Here, you'll find three downloadable PDFs: our daytime menu, evening menu, and drinks list, each crafted to celebrate the seasons and the freshest ingredients.

Our menus change regularly to showcase the best seasonal produce and fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Every day, we bake our own bread using “Agatha,” our 175+ year-old San Francisco sourdough starter. We also craft house-made drinks, including Ardallan cola, lemonade, and St Clement’s Citrus Fizz, using only natural ingredients.

We’re passionate about reducing food waste. Egg whites from our house hollandaise become meringue nests, and leftover bread is transformed into breadcrumbs for our Vegetarian Glamorgan Sausages and the coating on our Kedgeree fish cakes. We proudly source organic dairy from Acorn Dairy near Darlington and our Free-Range eggs and premium meats come from Charlotte’s Butchery in Jesmond, Newcastle.

While we work on securing our drinks licence, it’s BYOB – corkscrews and glasses are ready and waiting!

We offer plenty of vegetarian and vegan options, along with a range of gluten-free dishes, and our chefs are always happy to adapt meals where possible. An up-to-date allergy sheet is available on request, and our chefs are more than happy to chat through dishes to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable experience.
